Principle :
PSA N2 Generating Unit is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption for the generation of N2 at ambient temperature. It works using carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and clean compressed air is used as the material. As per the differences in both N2 and O2 adsorption around the surface of carbon molecular sieve and difference in spreading speed in carbon molecular sieve of N2 and O2 to attain the processes of pressurizing adsorption as well as depressurizing adsorption using the pneumatic valve through PLC and accordingly N2 and O2 are separated to obtain N2 of purity with difference as a product.
In accordance to the difference in adsorption and spread diffusion process between both oxygen and nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve, we wind up the entire process by opening or closing control valve to obtain the required nitrogen of different purity.
